About the Role

We have multiple openings for Inside Sales Associates to take on the following responsibilities:

• Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries

• Make outbound calls to qualify and source potential clients

• Serve as the face of the company and subject matter expert of Jukebox services

• Engage existing leads to expand brand awareness, educate prospects, and identify new opportunities for our lead funnel

• Keep detailed records in the company’s CRM system, coordinate internal handoffs of leads, and track progress of specific cases

About You

The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:

• 2 or more years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare

• You care deeply about helping others, especially older adults.

• You have a sixth sense on how to handle delicate conversations, and are the kind of person friends seek out for personal advice.

• An outgoing personality and positive attitude coupled with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
