We have an immediate opening for a Inside Sales Account Specialist with CBR, a Generate Life Sciences Company (Cord Blood Registry).

Summary: As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for communicating the value of newborn stem cell preservation for expecting families. Our ideal candidate is a hardworking, self-motivated and success-oriented team member. We are looking for fast paced inside sales representatives who thrive on challenge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Educate families on their stem cell preservation options, empowering them to make an informed decision.
  • Own and manage a pipeline of prospects - all easily organized in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Educate, strategize, and successfully sell through email, inbound, chat and outbound calling
  • Become an expert in Cord Blood’s offerings, and adapt recommendations quickly to suit client needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key!
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you know that sales is a numbers game and you’re here to win.
  • Deliver superior customer service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; or minimum two years of sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to interact with prospects, existing clients, peers and management
  • Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
  • No fear of the phone or making outbound calls
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment

Other Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm PST, Monday – Sunday
  • May be required to work weekends and holidays
  • Contact Center Environment; temporarily work from home due to COVID-19
  • Must have high speed internet
  • Ability to work remotely and/or onsite.
