Position: Injection Molding finisher Production Worker
Location: Bluffton, IN
Duration: Contract
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
Shift schedule: 1st shift (Monday-Friday 9am-3:30pm)
Attendance Incentive up to $750 during first 90 days:
- $250 at 30 days w/perfect attendance!
- $250 more at 60 days w/perfect attendance!
- $250 more at 90 days w/perfect attendance!
Job Description:
We are filling a Production worker position that will be responsible for the finishing step of plastic molded parts.
Requirements:
- This machine requires a person who can wear a small sized men's glove or a medium sized woman's glove due to clearances.
- Experience removing plastic components (or similar) from molds
- Identify and perform any trimming, de-flashing or re-taping of threaded holes using hand tools.
- Candidates must have at least one year of part finishing with hand tools.
- 6 months+ experience trimming, de-flashing and retaping threaded holes on plastic injection molded parts
