Job Summary
Alliance Precision Plastics, a custom injection molder and tool builder in the Rochester NY area since 1953, seeks Journeyed Mold Makers / Tool Makers to specialize in the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of injection molds. The right candidate for this position will be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair molds of various sizes and complexity back to running condition.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Repair molds as needed & keep records of repairs
- Coordinate with specialty departments to assist in mold repair activities.
- Clean and maintain molds
- Assist with building fixtures
- Maintain secondary equipment or mold support as needed
- Must be able to perform other related duties as necessary
- Must possess safe work practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or GED is required
- 5 years of experience in mold making and or toolroom

Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
