Aloha Pools & Spas is one of the most trusted and fastest growing pool and spa retailer, with showrooms in Union City, Jonesboro, Cape Girardeau, and Marion. We will be interviewing qualified candidates for Sales Consultant at our retail showroom in Marion, IL.
Our customer service platform, strong promotional calendar, outstanding inventory selection, direct from manufacturer purchasing advantages, professional delivery, install, service, and repair expertise, and our independent ownership truly set us apart in this market. This position will train under and report directly to Sales Manager Chad Mansker
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in “big ticket” sales. A background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrable.
Compensation typically ranges from $70k- 100k+for this position (are you ‘typical’ or are you ‘great’?), based on a combination of hourly and commission training wage, converting to earned commissions based on margins, and additional incentives. Our average Sales Consultant earns over $100k+, and is based on YOUR initiative, previous experience, and ability to;
- convert showroom shoppers into buyers with sales that wear well for our company, each department, a thrilled customer and YOU! Everybody wins!
- deliver a high level of customer service personally and in all follow-up efforts
- communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- have a desire to fully understand and apply extensive product knowledge with our vast array of products and services
- demonstrate high proficiency in filling out all paperwork and documentation accurately and completely, and into our POS and CRM systems
- assist in keeping our showroom clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- be willing to participate in sales events and other projects to drive business
- coordinate with sales, service, install, delivery, construction and administrative staff to insure streamlined follow up and delivery
