Primary Duties

· Can demonstrate proficient IV skills and port access skills

· Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician

· Obtain and monitor vital signs of patient

· Document infusion in EMR system as well as paper chart

· Order medications and maintain supply inventory

· Schedule patients

· Communicates with physician about any concerns or questions on a patient

· Educates family members and patients on infusion therapy to include side effects and follow ups

· Maintains knowledge of infusion protocols per Arthritis Associates

· Reviews and collects lab specimens

• Ability to remain calm and collected during difficult times to resolve crisis
• Ability to be determined, resourceful, and proactive in resolving conflicts and other issues that may arise

Pay $25-32 per hour-24-32 hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

• Colorado Springs, CO 80920: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Required)
