Job description

Established in 1993, we are a mixed-age preschool program serving 2 to 5 year old children in a group of 16, and a program designed for children birth to 3. We are a play based program inspired by the schools in Reggio Emillia, Italy and Piaget's teachings. A low child to teacher ratio, 4 to 1 allows us to offer a personal and unique experience to each child.

Requirements

• Experience with infants (preferably in a group setting)
• ECE degree preferred

Required before starting

• Child abuse/reporting class (Oregon State)
• Currently registered with Child Care Criminal Background Registry
• Current Food handlers card
• Current Adult and Infant/Child CPR/First aid

Required within 30 days of starting

• Health and Safety training
• Safe sleep Training

What we offer

• 18$ -20$ per hour
• Paid vacations (six weeks, following our school calendar)

Work is preformed primarily in a thoughtfully designed home-based infant/toddler setting; including indoor and outdoor environments and field trip locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
