NextLevel Staffing is actively seeking to hire an* EXPERIENCED2nd Shift* Assembly Maintenance Technician for a Cold Storage Warehouse in Duncanville, TX. This warehouse is a refrigerated environment with Assembly and Production equipment for food packaging.

Applicants must have proven work experience and must provide a resume for consideration.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; working Saturdays when needed
2nd shift: 4pm - Midnight

What you’ll do:

• Help determine causes of and solutions for operating problems in manufacturing machinery, electrical systems/components, plumbing systems, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Help determine causes of and solutions for operating problems in heavy industrial equipment such as heavy ton forklifts, assembly lines.
• Use blueprints, schematics, small/power tools, and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
• Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production electronic components, parts, switch panels, electronic equipment, and systems
• Wiring and programming of electronics and control boxes with PLC programming
• Make electronic, mechanical, or electrical repairs on all computer controlled equipment

What you’ll need:

• Proven work history/experience working with Assembly & Industrial equipment and environment
• Ability to proficiently read blueprints and verify dimensional requirements
• The ability to maintain reliable and predictable good attendance
• The ability to work for long periods of time in a refrigerated/cold storage environment

Pay starting at $30-34, based on experience
2nd shift: 4p - 12am (Some Overtime Required including Saturdays)
Location: Duncanville TX

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 2 years (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (Preferred)
