Due to growth of the Aspirus Health System we are seeking an Imaging Applications Analyst Supporting Radiology and Cardiology at Aspirus Health. This position is a work from home opportunity for applicants within the state of Wisconsin, as there are rotating onsite support needes at Aspirus Wausau Hospital and occasional other facilities required, including call rotation. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to juggle multiple demands and interruptions in fast paced environment while still focusing on quality and follow through also a must. This position will be part of a collaborative, supportive and high performing Enterprise Imaging team. The Imaging Applications Analyst is responsible for Imaging Informatics support for PACS and RIS system management. Duties include the maintenance of software applications, troubleshooting systems and working with operational and other IT staff to ensure efficient operation of radiology systems and accurate flow of information.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of radiology standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Radiology Technologist degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Epic or other EMR systems along with Radiology or Cardiology-based workflows across modalities is highly beneficial.
• Three years' experience in general support of a desktop or computing environment, with service in a health care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of computers, networks, and databases within a windows environment is preferred.
• Possesses understanding of enterprise networking concepts.
• Knowledge of anatomy and/or physiology and medical terminology normally acquired through coursework is beneficial.
• Possesses good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
