Helpers $15 per hr

epa type 2 $2.50 raise

all hand tools acquired $2.50 raise

yr 1 apprentice (hand tools,epa) $20 per hr (pay stays here until driving a van)

yr 1 apprentice in a van will receive a revenue spiff of 20% over $4000 each week

yr 2 $25 per hr plus service call revenue spiff of 20% over $5000 each week

yr 3 $30 per hr plus revenue spiff of 20% over $6000 each week

yr 4 $35 per hr plus revenue spiff of 20% over $7000 each week

yr 5+ $40 per hr plus revenue spiff of 20% over $8000 each week

tech generated install work 5% spiff if weekly revenue target hit

tech referred equipment replacement $100 each pc. if weekly revenue target hit

change out/installs pay 10% to lead and helper is 20%-50% of total depending on yr experience

tech generated service call (new customer) $50 spiff

tech generated install lead (new customer) 10% commission

Working with Evans air conditioning you will enjoy top pay providing high quality service, maintenance, and change outs to the metro atlanta area.We only look for the best, to be considered you must have –– High personal integrity– Clean criminal record– Drug-free– Must have at least some HVAC service experience– Clean or near clean driving record– Must be honest– Must be able to communicate clearly to customers and coworkers– Must be able to climb ladders, work on roofs and lift 50+lbs safely from the ground to the standing position.
