HVAC Installation Department Manager.
Cool Bear Services is a well-established, financially stable, and rapidly expanding HVAC company Proudly partnered with Costco and Home Depot. We are an expert provider of all your home comfort needs, from air conditioning to heating and indoor air quality. We serve Palm Beach, Broward and Northern Miami Dade counties.
Salary: Starting at $70,000 plus Strong Bonus Structure.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The HVAC Installation Manager provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of the performance of the department’s personnel. The manager acts as a client interface as well as in field technical expert for our Installation Technicians. As a manager, you will exercise responsibility for developing and managing business operations within the Installation department as well as guiding, instructing and training new and existing personnel. This individual will assist in the overall effectiveness and profitability of the department. This is an opportunity to lead a team of great people toward great results. BI-LINGUAL ENGLISH / SPANISH IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the HVAC trade is required.
- Hands-on experience as a fully qualified, competent HVAC professional
- Prior verifiable experience managing a large group of employees is required.
- Excellent computer skills needed including Microsoft Office
- Success in driving revenue and quality quotas for the department
- Outstanding leadership and technical skills are necessary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supervision of the Installation Departments Quality goals.
- Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company.
- Assess the competency and capability of personnel by providing coaching and training.
- Evaluate the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations.
- Oversee assignment of individuals' daily schedules
- Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity.
- Promote, support and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment.
- Be readily available to visit job sites to ensure proper and timely installations on a daily basis.
