Job description
Rocket Cooling is seeking a HVAC Duct Mechanic to join the home remodel and new construction team. A suite of health benefits and 401k offerings.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with both metal and duct board, unit installation, insulation and possess the ability to:
- Read and comprehend blueprints, produce materials and material take-offs
- Install materials and equipment per plan and specifications
- Properly install equipment, duct, dampers, air devices to ensure all inspections are successfully passed
- Ensure timely completion of projects
Daily documentation of work completed
Opportunity to travel to our other locations: Lehigh Acres, Key Largo, Marathon, West Palm Beach, and Stuart, FL.
Qualifications: Experienced with Commercial and Residential HVAC ideal.
High School diploma or GED required Associate degree or trade school preferred A minimum of 2 year experience as with Duct Work is REQUIRED HVAC and/or EPA Certification preferred Knowledge of electrical systems Strong communication, customer service, and technical skills Valid and clean driver's license required.
