Rubicon is looking for an HR Recruiter that is as excited and passionate about growing our Company.

HR Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Work with department managers on full cycle recruiting plans as well as meetings.
  • Creation of job description listings.
  • Effectively fill and maintain optimal personnel in open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Post openings in online venues, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
  • Coordinate college recruiting initiatives & career fairs.
  • Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
  • Manage the use of staffing agencies & headhunters.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.
  • Improve & adjust the leadership training and new employee onboarding programs on a weekly-monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the HR, Operations, & Account Management departments in improving field training & new employee transition

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be available 40+ hours per week depending on the demands of the job.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience with recruiting, training, employee retention, or new employee onboarding preferred.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Willing to run the extra mile.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
  • Must have a current driver’s license.
  • MUST be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
