At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining a multi-national industrial manufacturing company? If so, our client is hiring an HR Generalist!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a full range of human resources and operational support.
- Implement employee relations strategies designed to create an environment that drives team success and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Investigating and resolving employee relations issues that balances organizational needs and individual interests.
- Assist in change management initiatives and partner with leadership team to communicate business strategies, goals, values, and performance expectations with an emphasis on people and leadership practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required, advanced degree a plus.
- SPHR/GPHR/PHR is strongly desired.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in a human resources generalist capacity.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization preferably in a healthcare, medical device, or med tech environment.
- Experience working with logistics or distribution is desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills; excellent decision making and analysis skills.
- Develop strong trusting relationships with the business leadership and employees.
- Research and analyze information, make recommendations to effectively resolve problems using judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
- Coach employees and management through routine and complex employee relations matters.
