The Spirit of the Position:
LAZ Parking is looking for a Full-Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our Denver team. The Human Resources Coordinator reports to the Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for maintaining the HRIS, managing employee files, and front-line recruitment.
Responsibilities:
  • Record all personnel transactions such as new hires, promotions, benefits, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics in HRIS and payroll systems for all employees; generate reports upon request.
  • Update HRIS System to reflect all necessary employee status changes.
  • Assist in recruitment for the region, including full-cycle recruitment for front-line level positions; postings ads, resume screening and interviewing.
  • Fulfill expectations related to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Perform other administrative related duties as required and assigned.
Experience:
  • 1-3 years administrative experience
  • 1-2 years related HR/Recruitment experience preferred
  • Prior experience with HRIS or other HR technology desired but not required
Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong internet skills using external websites
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time in order to meet set deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Attention-to-detail and high-level of accuracy required
  • Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea sharing and creative problem solving.
  • Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.

  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
