Human Resources Coordinator
Full Time - Days

Jennings has a position for a dynamic, energetic HR professional to perform HR Coordinator duties with an organization that values all our dedicated staff. This position will be responsible for our staff records/file management and will help to expand our Human Capital Management system capabilities. In addition, this position allows for creativity and fun while planning staff recognition awards and events and offers daily interaction with our staff.
Requirements for a Human Resources Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred or related field - new graduates welcome with previous office experience!
- OR Associates degree in Human Resources with two years of Human Resource experience.
- OR High School degree with five years of Human Resource experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required and past experience with integrated HR/Payroll systems a plus.
- Cheerful disposition with a sense of humor and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- High-degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and to meet project deadlines.
