A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will often be the first point of contact for potential employees. Your enthusiastic representation of BSNB will have a direct impact on recruiting employees who understand the importance of strong relationships with our customers, communities, and colleagues. You will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and provide your insight to managers throughout the recruitment process. You will provide information to employees on a variety of Human Resources topics, and will coordinate wellness activities. You are extremely attentive to detail and accuracy, because you know that your work has a direct impact on BSNB's employees.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred;
  • One to three years' experience in recruitment preferred;
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential information;
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
