Posting Details
- Initiate and track employee life cycle and recruitment actions within a defined portfolio, and collaborate on these actions under direct guidance from senior team members.
- Partner with HR Managers and HR Directors to obtain the necessary information and context to execute actions on their behalf.
- Partner with other subject matter experts within HRMD to support the portfolio’s HR requirements/needs.
- Provide coverage for team members across portfolios as needed.
- Use and provide feedback on resources, documentation, and technology tools to reinforce the success in the role.
- Monitor and adjust work effort in response to metrics to improve success of action execution.
- Share information with manager and with other HRMD teams to contribute to a wheel of feedback share information, and to inform enhancements and adjustments based on feedback and metrics.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 1 year of relevant experience, or, a Master’s degree in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Ability to work without losing speed or accuracy
- Ability to resolve identified discrepancies
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred
