HRIS Analyst

The HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) Analyst serves as the technical subject matter expert for the HRIS software platform Ceridian Dayforce which includes the modules workforce management, payroll, benefits, compensation, recruiting, learning, performance management and others. Works with members of HR Operations and other key stakeholders in the planning, execution and maintenance of the HRIS System, complex reporting and data analytics.

· Support and audit data integrity governance plans for HR data.

· Support related training efforts within HR and to other key teams that utilize Dayforce.

· Assist with recurring annual projects that depend on the HRIS, including, but not limited to, benefits open enrollment, year-end processing, EEO reporting, NDR reporting and annual merit.

· Assist in the evaluation of how the system can be enhanced to meet organizational needs

· Assist internal HR team on regular and ad hoc reporting as well as projects, initiatives, and updates

· Create templates and forms to simplify and improve process

· Assist with data reporting and analysis for compensation projects

· Act as system gatekeeper for job and org related change requests

· Support dashboard and analytical enhancements including build out of data analytics and dashboards modules.

· Lead and participate in testing of Dayforce enhancements and system upgrades

· Level 1 troubleshooting for user issues, eventual plan to handle more complex issues

· Support add-on software and integrations related to the HR realm.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Strong Microsoft excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas such as v-lookup, graphs)

· Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

· Demonstrated technical, research and analytical aptitude, report writing and the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and report findings. Experience writing custom fields in reporting software

· Ability to think creatively around problem solving and work independently

· Prior experience with writing test plans and test cases

· Experience supporting payroll or finance preferred

· Experience with Ceridian Dayforce (multiple modules) a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
