Job Summary

The Human Resources Innovations Consultant builds and maintains end-to-end processes, identifies and implements best practices, identifies and implements automation opportunities and helps drive the strategic planning cycle while ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for major human resources (HR) technology investments. Develops and maintains current state representations of the end-to-end processes and measures the cost and effort required at each stage in order to gain better understanding. Identifies and implements best practices related to end-to-end processes by using superior communication and problem solving skills while aligning with functional area leaders on proposed methods and changes. Builds and maintains maturity curves for each assigned business function.

Helps drive aspects of the Strategic Planning Cycle like identifying critical projects within functional areas of responsibility, assisting with the design and delivering three year planning materials for HR leadership review each year. Assists in organizing the annual three year planning offsite including logistics, pre-read materials, agenda development as well as facilitating conversations during the offsite.

Plays a role in shepherding Joint Operations action items through appropriate processes for resolution. May be assigned small projects on an ad hoc basis. Expected to identify automation opportunities, define ROI and lead proof of concepts for software solutions.

Acts as a Workday or ServiceNow evangelist to ensure Sanford HR is maximizing the investment of these tools. Responsible for understanding and assisting others to understand the current configuration of service tools while also being able to identify gaps in Sanford's current usage of these tools. Expected to attend, and at times present at, national Workday or ServiceNow Conferences.

A demonstrated ability to understand, document and drive process improvement opportunities in a cross functional environment is required. Strong, demonstrated communication skills and the ability to influence peers and leaders is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Business process management, strategic planning and technology deployment experience are preferred. Total rewards, recruiting, human resource information system (HRIS), data management or learning management experience preferred.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Six Sigma background a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
