Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, leadership, training or other relevant work experience.
- Certifications in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) Preferred
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Knowledgeable in local, state and federal employment laws and procedures
- Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills
