Purpose Statement: Bridges MN is searching for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our Human Resource team in Oakdale, Minnesota. This is a entry-level Human Resources position and will focus on assisting the department with day-to-day operations. Duties include recruiting, staffing, onboarding, training, auditing compliance and assisting team members in exploration, development, and support services.

Pay Range: $18

Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

• Assist with posting jobs.

• Answer HR line and basic employee related questions.

• Entering employees into ADP and process hiring-related paperwork.

• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.

• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

• Assist in filling out unemployment questionnaires.

• Staying compliant on new hire paperwork for staff.

• Maintain the HRIS system and paperwork for The Crew

• Assisting in support services

Required Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge skills and abilities).

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Additional Skills and Experience (Preferred or helpful)

• Bachelor's Degree

• PHR certification
