Position: Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and working closely with three HR Business Partners across multiple lines of business on various HR tasks.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Assist in the full cycle recruitment process in coordination with the Recruiter and HR Business Partners.
  • Interact with hiring managers to discuss current job openings and post approved job descriptions.
  • Schedule virtual and in-person interviews while supervising the process to ensure a smooth experience for both the candidate & hiring manager.
  • Support HR Business Partners with ad hoc projects.
  • Own the IT Summer Internship Program, responsibilities include:
    • Post position descriptions to various sites (LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.)
    • Manage the interview and selection process with hiring managers
    • Create a detailed itinerary for the 10-week program (events, guest speakers, projects, etc.)
  • Create and maintain recruitment reports.
  • Process invoices and expenses.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires.


You’ll need to have:

  • At least one year of experience in an HR related role
  • Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR resources and tools

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $75,000 - $85,000. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Base salary is one component of Lazard Corporate’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
