The HouseSmart Construction Regional Manager is responsible for the operational success of the region assigned. Position duties and requirements will be assigned and assessed by HouseSmart senior leadership.

• 10+ years’ experience in manufactured housing, business development, and strategic operations support.
• Ability to lead strategic planning and execute successfully through teams and technologies.
• Strong team leadership skills with ability to build, develop and lead a team towards execution of strategic goals.
• Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, customer service, and consultative skills.
• Works with high levels of positivity, enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
• Ability to travel frequently and as needed.
