Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including overseeing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring that all areas are kept clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that all housekeeping staff are properly trained and have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor the performance of housekeeping staff and provide feedback as needed.
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
