Henderson Family looking for someone to come assist our family. This person is dependable, flexible and THRIVES on making lives more easeful for the family. This role will fit seamlessly into the family unit as an extension of the parents’ personal and professional lives assisting with housekeeping, household management, and a small amount of child supervision.

Looking for EXPERIENCED housekeeper and personal assistant.

Family/Household Roles and Responsibilities

• Keeping the house tidy and organized.
• Staying on top of laundry
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher, washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen pristine.
• Organizing the house and returning things to their places.
• Completing one-time chores/projects around the house related to house maintenance and/or implementing organization systems in specific spaces.
• Assisting with keeping a organized/simple/tidy environment.

Requirements/Needs:

• Previous experience housekeeping and assisting families.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Skilled at anticipating the family's needs
• Incredible memory
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
• Able to change activities on a dime as needed
• Driver's License and dependable vehicle.
• Prior experience organizing systems and implementing them
• Prior experience with/around young children
• Discreet with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of the family

Childcare/Nanny Responsibilities:

• Ensure child is safe, cared for, and healthily stimulated.
• Assist child with using the potty when necessary
• Follow parents' guidelines for setting/holding boundaries and other behavioral interaction.

Pay: $14-15hr

Schedule:

• Average 3 hours per day M-F
