To be the ideal Housekeeping expert for this role:

Must have a fast, fun and friendly attitude. Ability to handle several tasks at once. Willing to learn something new each day. Detail oriented quality and precision-focused. Team oriented cooperative and collaborative, we depend on each other to show up as scheduled and complete the daily tasks. Hours may vary, will include weekends and holidays.

Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing and polishing and can do all these tasks with ease. Talking with people and love to listen to what they have to say. Looking at cleaning not as a task or job, but your mission in life. Making lasting impressions through your work. Responding to guest needs/requests in a positive and helpful manner. Communicating clearly. You write well. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating. Front Desk Clerk

Job description:

Pay $14.00

We are looking for a Guest Experience members who are passionate and creative about excellent hospitality and carry an enthusiastic attitude. We want someone that loves to work with a team of like-minded professionals, strive to be their best, and puts their heart into their work.

Accurate and hospitable handling of guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, including credit card and cash handling procedures. Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Prompt, friendly response to guest requests or concerns with follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.

Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems. Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning. Assist in managing the day-to-day activities with other staff. Perform other duties as assigned including assisting staff with their job functions during peak periods.

Proficiency in basic math skills and at least an intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Excel. Understanding the principles of auditing and closing out accounts. Check to see that all guest charges are assigned correctly. Balance the day's charges, making corrections as necessary. Ensures that all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) are completed in a timely manner.
