Job description
Housekeepers are a vital part of the on-site maintenance team. You will report directly to the Service Manager and assist with property upkeep, including daily, weekly and quarterly tasks. Regular ongoing tasks include:
- Conduct daily review of property upkeep, including the exterior of the property and common areas/hallways.
- Dispose of trash in compactor room, management offices, common areas, pool deck and amenity spaces.
- Clean and maintain pool deck, property exterior, parking garage and any exterior walkways.
- Maintain cleanliness of the common areas including office and all amenity spaces.
- Prepare vacant apartment for move‐ins.
- Contribute to a management team culture focused on customer service.

What We Like to See
At least 1 year of experience in on-site housekeeping operations preferred but not required.- Experience delivering customer service efforts as a part of a successful management team.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
