Job Task/ Duties
- Proactively manage total cleanliness of the physical building, public spaces, and associates common areas.
- Dusts rooms and furniture.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors throughout the club.
- Clean employee restrooms
- Reports any damage, burned-out light bulbs and plumbing problems to the Maintenance or Housekeeping department.
- Listen to members and empathize with their challenges. When necessary, notify other departments and act on members concerns.
- Always maintain professionalism consistent with club expectations.
- Know, maintain, and communicate club emergency procedures; inform and assist members and operations in emergencies.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
- Ensure records of daily assignments are completed signed off on and turned into the Housekeeping Office on time.
- Perform any other duties as requested by Management.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling bending stooping, and climbing.
