House Manager for Group Home
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all visitors and door traffic
Answer multi line phone
Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
Coordinate all maintenance repairs
Work directly with residents
Meet regularly with Case Manager
Conduct multiple room checks
Investigate and resolve residents concerns
Skills:
BS Degree in Social Work or comparable field
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Suite
Must maintain valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
Work Location - Baldwin County
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
