Job description

We offer $23/hr pay after only a few weeks of paid training (at $20/hr), great tips, health benefits, friendly clients, and plenty of room for growth as the company expands. Looking for full-time cleaning techs to join our team, no experience needed!

What we offer:

· $20/hr during training (3 – 5 weeks).

· $21/hr + $2/hr quality bonus after passing training.

· Raises evaluated every 3 – 6 months.

· W2 employment (we pay all the relevant taxes).

· Gas stipend at $5/house paid weekly ($200-250/month).

· $350 – 500 in tips per month.

· Weekly pay via direct deposit.

· Health, dental, and vision insurance after 3 months of full-time employment.

· Career advancement to Team Lead, Supervisor, and Manager on a growing team.

· All supplies, equipment, and uniforms provided.

· No morning meetings, drive straight to the job.

· Supportive work environment and friendly clients.

· Live within 10 miles of Wallingford/Fremont preferred.

What’s required:

· Legally authorized to work in the United States.

· Willing to do a criminal background check.

· Have a valid driver's license.

· Have a reliable and insured vehicle.

· Have a mobile smart phone with data capabilities.

· Provide 3 references we can follow up with.

Our hours/schedule:

· Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

· Jobs are mostly in north Seattle (ex. Ballard, Fremont, Green Lake, U-District).

· You’ll typically have 2 – 3 jobs per day

· Supply re-ups are brought to you before a job when requested.
