JOB DUTIES

Assist in recruitment by interviewing and making recommendations for hiring of hourly employees

Assist in evaluating the performance of hourly employees in order to recommend appropriate wage increases

Through effective planning ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant in accordance with company policy and respective federal and state labor laws.

Implement and execute appropriate restaurant level financial controls to assure proper accountability of company funds.

Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests through proper team member training, maintenance of building and equipment an adherence to all safety rules and regulations.

Supervise subordinate staff to assure that guests are treated promptly and courteously

SUMMARY

Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving the restaurant’s annual sales and profit plan by staffing, developing and motivating personnel toward the achievement of operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
