Our organization seeks an Operations Manager with an extensive background in both technical and managerial expertise. We want a highly motivated individual with the ability to effectively manage projects related to financial controls and management information systems. The successful candidate for this position will regularly oversee the management of processes, projects and people involved in the planning and implementation of controls across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Set up appropriate work schedules for the employees.
- Ensure that employee work schedules are maintained in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of employees' work schedules.
- Make sure employees are following health and safety regulations.
- Train new employees to become skilled in their jobs.
- Create work schedules for other employees.
