The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for all maintenance work in the hotel.
Essential Functions:
- Painting
- Air Conditioning
- Plumbing
- Electrical
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Customer service experience preferred
Certificates or Licenses: N/A
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic mathematical skills, ability to use a computer and calculator.
Ability to memorize and perform AAA four diamond standards.
Personal Characteristics:
- Behaves ethically
- Communicates effectively: Speaks, listens and writes in a clear and effective manner
- Professional Appearance: Exhibits an appearance appropriate for a three diamond hotel (Specific grooming standards are available for review)
