• Pay RATE : Start from 79,788.80 to 115,683.20 per year on W2 TAX[ salary provide weekly]

This position is going to require a leader that has some knowledge or understanding of FISH, Chromosome, Tissue typing, and HLA testing/processes and experience with direct reports.

A general MLT/MT background will not be a good fit. - 1-2 years of leadership exp - Leading Cytogenetics dept - May be asked to support another small department - Does not have to be certified; must have exp in a laboratory setting

Highly involved in making sure department is meeting goals, project management, ensuring quality and inspection readiness, administrative functions, recruitment, budgeting, finance, talent acquisition - Good understanding of specimen management/processing

Leadership experience as a manager or supervisor in a clinical laboratory (minimum of 2 yrs)

Experience with regulatory inspections such as CAP and/or JCHO - Experience with direct reports or managing a team Group Leader/Manager position

Education:

Must be an ASCP registered Medical Technologist or equivalent. A minimum of 6-10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

CERTIFICATE Required :

• BLS certificate
• ASCP Certification (American Society for Clinical Pathology)
• COVID vaccination
