Job Description:
- Ensures all guests are seated in a timely manner. Greets every guest with a smile.
- Maintains constant awareness of table availability in designated area.
- Combines tables as necessary to accommodate larger parties while maintaining sufficient aisle room for Servers.
- Maintains cleanliness of guest waiting area.
- Always asks the number of guests in the party. Always informs the guest(s) of his/her Food Server by name.
- Always demonstrates a pleasant demeanor and the ability to always be responsive to guest’s request.
- Ensures that restaurant entrance and exit are always attended so as not to inconvenience guest(s).
- Always thanks guest for patronage and welcomes them back.
- Always checks outlet environment ensuring all amenities that need attention are handled appropriately and efficiently.
- Projects efficiency without seeming rushed.
Job requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Previous Host experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work with no supervision.
- Must possess good organization skills
