As a Hospitality Manager at Jersey Mike's Subs you are a leader and standard setter for the restaurant. This entry level management position allows you to help drive the culture, flow and leadership of the restaurant. You help those under your stead to be the best version of themselves and to serve each other and the community well. You look for opportunities to improve and grow the business. Do you have to have restaurant experience? No ... but this is a hospitality and leadership position, so you need to have the desire to work with our guests and team leading them well. We are looking for someone who is coachable and teachable and wants to coach and teach others.

You need to have mostly open availability. The job expectation is that you work 30-40 hours a week. This job is a mix of helping run the Jersey Mike's here in Allison Park as a shift leader, as well as focusing on increasing our hospitality as a team. The pay is hourly so if you work more than that you are getting paid for the extra work you do. Total is between $32,000 and $40,000 a year starting pay and will grow from there. There is opportunity to grow this position into a role that requires more time. Or it could grow into a higher in-store position.
