Homeowner Operations Representative - Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts

We are looking for a full time year round Homeowner Operations Representative to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is professional, self-motivated and has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be professional, out-going and loves working with people. This position is responsible for supporting our owners, recruiting new business and assisting with other administrative duties with in the owner services department.

Responsibilities -

• Maintain and develop relationships with owners

• Owner newsletters & other correspondences/promo

• Point of Contact for owners & to handle daily inquiries

• Recruit new business
• Unit inspections & guest review follow ups

• Assist with monthly revenue prep/disbursement

• Assist with data entry

• Assist with making owner reservations

• Assist with admin tasks as required

Skills -

• Exceptional and professional written, listening and verbal communication skills

• Possess a positive, professional attitude and friendly, service-oriented demeanor

• Hospitality/sales experience - 1 year

• Able to use sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience with marketing skills a plus

• Organized

• Microsoft Suite - 1 year
