We are seeking an enthusiastic Home Stage Assistant to join our team. The right candidate is a self-starter who is responsible, energetic, organized, fun, and willing to roll up his or her sleeves to do what is needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Staging Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Helping the Lead Stager(s) in preparing staging designs. Assist in analyzing design objectives in accordance to homes’ needs.

Assist with the pulling, packing, loading and unloading of staging décor and artwork.

Learn and follow company procedures and adhere to the established brand of Conley Homes.

Under the direction of the Lead Stager, placing staging inventory in the home in a tasteful manner to best showcase the home for sale. Provide design support as needed.

Assist with the input of inventory tracking within online tool.

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid driver’s license

Must have reliable means of transportation

Exhibit a positive attitude, solution-focused, and great problem solver

1 year Staging, Home Decor or Design experience.

Knowledge of color, scale and balance for room design.

Frequently lift and/or move more than 20 pounds

This isn’t a desk job- so be prepared physically to move A Lot! Stamina to walk lots of stairs and regularly spend long periods of time on your feet

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
