Sterling Park Assisted Living, a 107-apartment Assisted Living Facility (AL), located in Waite Park, MN, is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. Home Health Aides provide meaningful support, positively impacting the lives of our residents.CURRENT NEEDS: Full Time and Part Time Opportunities; ALL Shifts Available. Starting Pay up to $20/hour.
SIGN-ON BONUS: $1500 (Full Time)
Job Summary: Home Health Aides (HHAs) perform tasks as delegated and/or indicated on resident care plans. Assists residents in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing, dining, and cleaning services.
Qualifications:
- Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
