Who is CareSphere
CareSphere has been established in 1981. it was previously known as RX home care. In Jan 2020 it was acquired by CareSphere and we have since expanded to many different counties. We have an overload of cases in our home counties of Lehigh, Northampton and Monroe county but are now expanding to the rest of the counties and cases are coming in every day.
What is the difference between a DCW and HHA position
Our DCW's take care of mostly geriatric, sometimes younger patients but over the age of 21. as a DCW they work in the patients home doing personal care such as bathing, errands, housekeeping, changing patients, toileting ETC. this is not companion work so aides have to be ready to roll up their sleeve and assist with the personal care.
HHA's work with pediatric patients. Developmentally delayed or medically declined patients from the age aq(usually). Care may be given in the patients home, at school , at daycare programs etc. These cases are normally full time hours (8-10 hrs per day) or after school hours. Reliability and dependability is a must and there is no calling out when u work as an HHA

What benefits does CareSphere offer?
PTO - hours accrue. Aides accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
Holiday pay: extra $3 for every hour worked on major legal holidays
Health, dental, vision insurance. Aides will be eligible for insurance after working at least 30 hours a week for 3 months
