Full Home Furnishing Product Line ( Living Room, Bedroom Furniture, Accent Furniture, Textiles, Lighting)

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join the team serving luxury, high-end lighting and custom lighting fabrication for residential, hospitality and gaming industry projects. Overall the Sales Manager will
  • Serves as sole representative in the designated territory. This role represents the collection and promotes sales through the effective and efficient servicing of current accounts and generating new leads and sales opportunities through previously untapped designers and markets.
  • Interface with and drive relationships within the designated design community.
  • Cultivate relationships that convert to sales within the target communities. Oversee and perform daily tasks including fulfilling requests, estimates, invoices and follow up
.‣Create and execute business development strategies.
  • Identify new revenue streams and maximize the potential of current streams, expand product visibility.
  • Instill innovative, collaborative, results driven culture
  • Follow sales orders through all phases from acquisition of sale, design development, production to delivery & installation.
  • Assess and keep abreast of market trends and compile data for corporate

  • A high energy, industry professional with a proven sales track record and
demonstrated ability to establish, orchestrate, and execute product sales
and strategy in the defined
market

Qualifications
  • 5 plus years of successful Sales/Sales Management experience in Home Furnishing, Furniture Industry,
lighting design and/or furniture market, preferably luxury, custom design.
  • Drawing or sketching skills are strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with lighting materials and components.
  • Ability to interface with multi parties such as: designers, architects, end users and internal peers.
  • Strong management, communications skills and ability to motivate others.
