Access Senior Home Care's pay rate starts at $16 per hour. Would you rather get paid weekly? Okay, good. Because our payroll schedule is on a weekly basis. The hourly wage is dependent upon your caregiving experience and the shifts being filled. Nighttime (NOC) shift differential is $1-$2 more per hour. Team members are rewarded through our bonus program for providing excellent care, being reliable, and by having a high level of involvement as one of our team members. Dedication, reliability and self-motivation is what we are looking for. We serve San Joaquin County, Stanislaus County and Sacramento County. If you have minimal experience, but have a willingness to learn, just know that Access Home Care has an extensive training program for team members who want to expand their knowledge and their ability to care for our senior population. Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia is preferred, but not required. We can work around your school and/or your personal schedule. Hourly Rate: Starting at $16 per hour.

Pay Period: Weekly

Hire Bonus: $500 for full-time employment and $250.00 for part time employment after the initial 90 day employment period.

Caregiver Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must have a negative TB test
• Must register with the state of California: https://secure.dss.ca.gov/ccld/hcsregistry/registration.aspx?Action=New
• Must have car insurance and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Willingness to learn: No certifications or degrees required but you must be teachable

About Access Senior Home Care

Caregivers will be attending to client's needs including but not limited to:

• Safety Supervision: bathing supervision, walking/transferring assistance, fall prevention
• Dementia & Alzheimer's Care
• Medication Reminders
• Planning & Preparing Meals: meal preparation, following a prescribed diet
• Housekeeping: sanitizing client living areas, dusting, changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning bathrooms
• Transportation: grocery shopping, help to and from Dr. appointments, social events, activities.
• Personal Care: personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, assisting with exercising, companionship
