Back of House (BOH)

We are seeking for a back of house person to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with great work ethics and a record of consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

· Food Service Experience is a Plus

· Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

· Communicate well with other team members

· Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen

· Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations

· Maintains cleanliness throughout kitchen

· Washes and cleans pots & pans

Front of House (FOH)

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

Positive Attitude, Professional Appearance, Maturity, Outgoing Personality, Flexibility, Honesty, Pride, Self-Motivated, Quality-Oriented,Hard Working, Quick Learner, Friendly, Punctual and Reliable, and Good Communicator who educate our customers about the superior food quality and cool, casual environment we provide for our guests.

High School Diploma, GED or working towards is a plus.

Additional Requirements**

· Food Service Experience is a Plus

· Cash handling and basic math skills a must

· Customer service orientated

· Must take direction well

· Assembles customer orders to ensure quality and correctness

· Maintains high cleanliness standards

· Sets team members up for success by performing delegated side work duties

· Creates relationships with customers by delivering stellar customer service

· Handles customer concerns that do not require a manager

· Extraordinary communication skills

· Excellent listening skills

· Outgoing personality

· Proactively ensures an amazing Customer Experience
