Job description

We are looking for a Hiring Manager to join our team. The hiring manager conducts frequent interviews of potential candidates and set up the strategy for achieving the hiring goals. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, with great organization skills, someone that can work independently, pull all the strings to get the job done, and someone looking to grow with the company and establish great standards and practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling interviews
• Interviewing candidates on daily basis
• Corresponding with pool of candidates
• Collaborating with recruiters
• Collaborating with existing vendors and exploring solutions with other vendors
• Managing ad campaigns
• Setting up various marketing campaigns for candidates
• Setting the strategy for meeting hiring goals
• Collaborating with schedulers and account managers on new placement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hiring or recruiting hourly wage workers or similar role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Prior experience in the security and hospitality industry is a big plus
• Familiarity with Icims, Indeed and other recruiting tools is a big plus.

Salary range is 56k -72k DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
