Welcome to Essex Bar & Bistro, Charlotte’s premium Uptown craft cocktail bar and gastropub. Essex is part bistro, part lounge, and part meeting place. We’ve put as much care into the craft of cocktailing as we do our menu of world cuisine. Our Chef and Mixologist bring in only the freshest ingredients to ensure the very best for our guests. Our bistro style service makes Essex the perfect spot to try different cuisine from all over the world!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for delivering and creating great guest memories
• Strong attention to detail
• 100% commitment to teamwork approach
• Knowledge of Toast POS preferred
• Knowledge of wine preferred
• Knowledge of craft cocktails preferred
• ServSafe Alcohol & Food certification preferred
• Minimum 2 yrs. bartending experience
• Eager to learn & serve as per company standards
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, flexibility in schedule is desirable
