Job description
Advantech is supporting the Federal Civil Government in Enterprise Development Operations Services, transforming and modernizing numerous legacy systems via design & development, integration and operations & sustainment across numerous functional areas.
Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors; and serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Eligibility to clear at Federal Civil / Public Trust

Pay: $57,919.36 - $132,490.13 per year
