Sea Bags is seeking a Heat Press Operator to be responsible for the day-to-day print production and maintenance of the heat press. This includes being hands-on with heat press equipment, understanding graphics design elements, and being able to run the press. The right candidate is very organized and great at prioritizing tasks to complete jobs and meet deadlines.

What you will be responsible for as the Heat Press Operator:

· Pull and organize materials for pressing.

· Ensure projects are completed according to specification.

· Strong attention to detail and a sharp focus on quality.

· Maintain, load, and operate hydraulic heat press.

· Establish heat press settings: time, temp, pressure for various fabrics.

· Help organizing and packaging completed projects.

· Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and equipment.

· Maintain paperwork and calculate the quantity produced.

Experience/Skills you will bring to the Heat Press Operator role:

· Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

· Be highly detail-oriented and well-organized.

· Experience with dye sublimation heat presses preferred.

· Physically able to lift heavy materials.
