Healthcare Transformation Assistant - Full Time
COVID vaccine will be required unless medical / religious exemption. Seeking a Full Time Transformation Assistant to work in the Clinical Operations and Quality departments of Boston Children’s Health Physicians. Full Time schedule with a pay rate of approx. $30/hr-$33/hr, negotiable based on experience.
This individual will work directly under the Clinical Operations Administrator who will be leading practices through PCMH/PCSP transformation, and will be responsible for collecting evidence and providing administrative support needed to move through the PCMH and PCSP processes. Candidate must have excel proficiency, the ability to take screenshots, and excellent time management and organizational skills. This position is partially remote with the expectation that the employee will work in office 2-4 days per week.
Requirements include:
- Referral/lab/imaging tracking and follow up or medical assistant experience is a plus
- NextGen EMR experience is a plus
- Experience in ambulatory healthcare
- Ability to travel to multiple locations in the tri state area when needed
Requirements
- Experience in the Healthcare field
- PCMH Experience preferred
