Your primary focus will be building relationships with applicants and placing them on assignments that are waiting for caregivers! The compensation for this position features a base salary with monthly commission based on team performance.
What you will do as a Client Service Manager
- Recruit candidates to fill open needs for current clients waiting for caregivers.
- Strategize and implement proactive plans that help you and the team succeed.
- Identify new opportunities within the marketplace.
- Develop solutions by utilizing a consultative approach.
- Participate in relationship building and business development through forging strong connections with potential referral sources in the community.
